Current status: Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Known Limitations

The following third-party components integrated into our platform may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control:

• Live chat widgets – the operator chat interface linked from listings may have limitations in keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility. We monitor these components and apply improvements or provide suitable alternatives whenever changes negatively affect accessibility.
• Stripe payment forms – payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. under its own accessibility standards. We have no direct control over the Stripe checkout interface. Users who encounter barriers are encouraged to contact us for assistance.
